《小孩不笨》是一部教育片，對家長教育孩子，以及孩子自我發展有特別的意義。
在新加坡，華人的孩子需要精通英文、數學，而中文學不好沒關系。但如果中文沒學好，還是會影響到孩子以後到中國的發展。
有兩對父母，他們教育孩子的方式雖然十分不同，但是結果一樣是不好的。做生意的一對父母，他們把大部份時間用在經營自己的事業上，和兩個孩子的密切關系很少，而導致姐姐叛逆，和不良分子混在一起，只因媽媽老是不履行諾言。弟弟Terry變成一個沒有主見，不會反抗的「聽話」的孩子。這對父母，滿足了孩子的物質需要，卻滿足不了他們的精神需要。這一家子，沒處理好家庭關系。
Terry從小就聽話，主動性很弱，只會順從他人的意見，顯然的，他的權力動機很弱。每個人都有希望得到別人的關心、支持、友誼等的需要，這種需要促使人們交朋友，尋找他人的支持、參與群體的活動，然後形成交往動機。從影片中看，Terry的交往動機是挺強的。
另一對父母，父親是設計師，母親是中文教師，他們兩人在教育自己的孩子（國彬）上的方式很不同。父親在孩子的課業上，從不施加壓力，任孩子自由發揮。而母親，在孩子的課業不能進步時，很焦躁，很煩惱，總是有「恨鐵不成剛」的感覺。於是她用打罵的方式表現她的心焦。而她這樣子做，不斷地刺激了孩子的幼小心靈。孩子也很無奈，很氣自己。嚴重的後果是，孩子想不開，有了輕生的念頭，也差些做出了傻事。看到這時，片中人物哭了，我們觀看者也流淚了，心裡說不出什麼滋味。
影片中的李老師，教育孩子們，不要逃避困難，要去了解、認識困難，把困難的底細摸清楚，然後克服困難。她給了孩子們很多的鼓勵和信心。在國彬考試作弊後，她幫忙勸德育主任不要告訴他父母，因為她了解國彬的情況。國彬把自己畫的圖畫送給李老師，李老師就替他投稿，參加比賽。那畫上是一個孩子的臉孔，戴著學士帽，而左眼卻淚流不止，眼神黯然。看了這幅畫，我很難過，因為我知道這個孩子——國彬，很痛苦。
該片結尾部分，我們當時在看的人都流淚了，包括我們的老師。Terry很膽小，但他逐漸長大，很勇敢地用自己的骨髓挽救了國彬的媽媽，兩家人逐漸淡化了以前的誤會，互助互愛，共享歡樂。
往往，很多家長只注重孩子的學習成績，而忽略了孩子的興趣和特長。
當人們由於發展受挫時，會下意識的將自己看得很低，從而產生一種輕視自己的自卑情緒。影片中的國彬，他雖然成績總是不及格，但他有很強的繪畫能力。他能將一個人的頭像，畫得惟妙惟肖，可謂是天賦異懍。然而，因為學習差，他常被高級班的同學嘲笑、欺負，間接導致他有自卑感。
我們要拋開自卑的情緒，在被他人看不起時，我們應當將其看作動力，趕超他人，再來，從新塑造自己的形象。在被鄙視時，我們得自己看得起自己，從自己身上找到特別之處，來發展自己。如果我們堅信自己能進步，並常保持自信，那麼，自卑的情緒就不會深刻的侵擾我們。
不管是家長，還是小孩，都要信任自己和自己的家人，家長不該一味地強迫孩子，讓孩子的童年蒙上陰影，不該自以為是地對待孩子，不該不以為然地忽視孩子的興趣和特長，將孩子陪養成「死書呆」。作為孩子，我們要體諒父母，做事情要盡自己的所能。我們大家要處理好家庭關系，親子關系，事業問題和學業問題等。

上個星期，我跟父母一起看了《小孩不笨》這部教育影片，影片中的故事情節使我感觸很深，心情久久不能平靜。
《小孩不笨》描述了兩個家庭父母與孩子之間從「因為忙而無溝通」，到「孩子的心靈逐步走向墮落」，再到「偶然事件架起溝通的橋梁」，最後終於找回「曾經茫然、失落的心靈」！劇中的學謙、傑利為了得到父母的贊美不斷地努力奮斗，但得到的卻是父母的奚落，這種失落感我們也有過。不知道從什麼時候開始，父母沒有鼓勵和贊賞我們了，而是不停地管教我們，總覺得我們做得不夠好，總以為他們是對的；也不知道從什麼時候開始，父母忙碌到深夜才回家，連跟我們溝通的時間也沒有。當然，我們也了解父母是為了這個家而忙碌，但再怎麼忙也應該抽出一點時間來陪陪我們吧，哪怕是半個小時，我們也需要你們的關心，也期待你們的賞識。如果我們因為缺乏教育而像電影中的學謙走上一條不歸路，那掙來的錢又有什麼意義呢？
「天下沒有教不會的孩子，只有不會教的父母。」這是是爸爸臨終前才覺悟的，他不是不愛成才，他只知道自己是從小被打大的，不希望成才走他的後路，不知道如何去愛一個人和表達自己的愛，才導致今天的悲劇，用自己的生命換取孩子成長和回頭。
如果說父母打孩子還可以理解，但學校通過全校師生的顏面鞭打孩子的暴力方法去教育學生，我覺得很殘忍，我不贊同這樣做。這樣做也許可以令孩子吸取教訓，但是你們知道嗎？這樣的做法同時也使孩子的心靈造成很大的傷害。劇中也曾說過：爛蘋果削去爛的部分，剩下好的還可以吃，全部丟掉就沒有了。
正因為在孩子進步時，家長沒有及時表揚，在孩子出現問題時也沒有好好教育，只是一個勁地責怪孩子，才導致孩子一錯再錯。劇中曾有這樣的一句說：資源放錯了地方就是垃圾，垃圾放對地方就是資源。

「小孩不笨」的電影版及電視版都推薦看。對於比較忙的朋友，可以選擇只看電影版，如果有空，看看電視版也不錯。戲中，主要講述了3個家庭：一個開始只懂得聽媽媽話，沒有自己主見，飯來張口的小胖子Terry;一個有繪畫天賦，卻得不到任何支持的國彬；一個很講義氣，小小年紀就擔負起幫助媽媽，照顧弟弟的小男子漢文福（在電視劇中，多了一個讀書很棒，不肯認輸，自尊很強的女孩）。
在學校，學生們被分了等級，那隻是一個小學的學校，在孩子們弱小的心靈里，已經覺得，因為自己成績不好，被分到差的班裡，自己的人生已經失敗了一大半。不但如此，學校的老師，大多都戴著很深的有色眼鏡，成績好的學生可以隨意打罵，侮辱成績差的學生，卻沒有任何懲罰；成績差的他們，即使什麼都沒做，卻總是被請到校長室，讓被請來家長，和老師們一起責罵。他們沒有機會為自己辯解，或者說即使他們說出真相，卻總被認為是為了減輕懲罰而說出的謊言。學習不好的孩子，又有什麼錯呢？分數，文憑，對大人們而言，對整個社會而言，真的那麼重要嗎？為了讓自己的孩子奪取高的分數，大人付出了高昂的金錢，更甚的，付出了他們的時間，精力，他們有想過，他們所謂的「for you rown good」是否真的是為孩子們好嗎？真的是孩子們真正需要的嗎？孩子失去了天真的童年，失去了屬於他們歡樂的時光，是誰的錯？「不是我們的錯，是這個社會的錯」對，作為社會的一份子，我們總是無奈地被這個社會的輿論和眼光牽著走。父母們談起孩子，分數，學校，課外學習，都是他們主要的攀比話題，為了不讓別人瞧不起自己，只好把這種壓力，轉到了孩子身上。大人們自己也意識到了，然而，幾乎沒有人敢逆流而行。這，就是人生的無奈吧！
老師眼裡，對一幫扶不上壁的爛泥，也放任自流。有經驗的老師說的自有他們的道理，而新的老師也有她一套把爛泥扶上壁的做法。不知道，過多幾年，當新的老師成為有經驗的老師的時候，她的想法，會不會有所改變呢？教育，究竟是育人，還是愚人？教育工作者，又有沒有好好想過？特別是小學的老師，他們的一句話，可以讓一個毫不起色的孩子變成偉人，也可以讓一個聰明有靈氣的孩子變得精神分裂。他們是否了解自己對孩子來說，是會產生多大影響的人呢？當看到同伴受欺負，有孩子站出來一起面對，也有孩子因為家庭壓力變得對身邊發生的事情「no ne of my bus in ess（這和我沒有任何關系）」。他們在共同經歷中，不斷體會什麼是對的，什麼是錯的；什麼該做，什麼不該做；大人的話，什麼時候該聽，什麼時候該經過自己的思考，作出自己的決定……大人們不也需要好好思考，連自己都經常做矛盾的.事，怎麼不令孩子在沒建立正確的判斷能力之前感到「confuse（困惑）」呢？戲中，讓我們感動，讓我們思考的地方，還有很多很多。雖然是一部輕松，勵智的戲，卻讓我流下無數復雜的眼淚。
「小孩不笨2」則是與第一輯不太相連的劇，可以說是一部輕松搞笑的喜劇，戲中，也有含淚思考的部分，相對第一輯來講，這樣的成分已經少了很多。可能孩子長大了，要帶出的，是另外的寓意。看戲的朋友，就自己用心體會咯！無論大人還是小孩，只要相信，這個世界造了自己出來，一定有自己有用的地方，千萬不要因為前面有石頭，就停步不前，勇敢走上去，把石頭搬開，繼續走下去！

一年前，一個朋友推薦我看了一部電影《小孩不笨》，當我第六遍欣賞這部電影時依然感動於電影里的每一句台詞，每一個鏡頭，每一個情感升華點……「你最後一次稱贊別人是幾時？你最後一次被人稱贊又是幾時？很久了，對嗎？」——這三句問句出現在影片一開始，叩問每一個人的心。也讓我想起了曾經最初想找尋的那把走進可愛的孩子內心世界的鑰匙……
《小孩不笨》里的每一個故事都那麼平凡卻往往又更能觸動我內心的那份感動。我為學謙花費了自己卡里所有的錢給父親買剃須刀修電腦而感動；為傑利想讓父母去看他的演出而付出的努力而哭泣；為學謙媽媽為了兒子辭去工作而感動；為了學謙父親為了兒子下跪而感動；為成才爸爸——一個不識字又殘疾的男人對成才的愛並為此付出了生命的代價而感動……其實在整個情節里無論是成才的爸爸、學謙、傑利的父母、還是華文老師，每一個角色里都流淌著滿滿的愛，而也正因為這深沉的愛的名義讓成才的爸爸對成才拳打腳踢以為那是最好的管教方法；讓學謙、傑利的父母每天忙著工作賺錢，同時對兩兄弟寄予了更高的期望值；讓很敬業的華文老師總是帶著一份焦慮責罵學生，也許孩子不夠優秀，是因為我們一直沒有給足夠的舞台讓他們表達，以至於離教育的幸福感越來越遙遠……
這一切明明都是美好的，可卻成就了一個又一個催人淚下的悲劇。一切只因為缺乏溝通，沒有溝通，就註定會產生沖突；沒有溝通，就失去了彼此了解的機會；沒有溝通，我們無法正確對待彼此的愛；沒有溝通，我們不知道對方在什麼時候最需要的是什麼；沒有溝通，我們甚至不知道自己失去的、錯過的是什麼。從而讓愛的表達方式偏離了正軌，進而迷失了那把走進孩子內心世界的鑰匙——一份帶著賞識的溝通。
「其實這把鑰匙一直都在大家的身上，記得在我們小的時候，我們經常都在鼓勵和稱贊下，跌倒了又站起來，當時有多幸福，自己都不知道，也不知道什麼時候，稱贊和鼓勵我們的話，在我們長大後，也慢慢變了，門也慢慢關了。」
這讓我想起了偶然看過的一勵志電影《小孩不笨》觀後感篇文章《心的第三道門》：我的心有三道門，第一道門是開著的，爸媽隨便進，第二道門是關著的，爸媽總是不敲門就進，第三道門鎖上了，鑰匙藏在我的心裡，想進來就得先要鑰匙，須用心來。因而帶著一份賞識之心去溝通去打開他們心中那把鎖、那扇門才是必要的。作為老師的我更懂得了如何珍惜這把鑰匙——學會用放大鏡來鼓勵、贊美和欣賞孩子的優點。往往學生只需要老師一句暖人的話語，一個贊許的目光，就能使他們從軟弱走向堅強，從懶散走向勤奮，從失敗走向成功。「良言一句三冬暖。」教師的贊美和鼓勵就如陽光、空氣和水，是學生成長不可缺少的養料，教師的贊美就如一座橋，能溝通師生間的心靈之河，增強學生的自尊、自信和自強。
工作第一年的第一節課上我記住了一個叫李小穎（化名）的女孩，她也許不算聰明甚至反應有點慢，但從最開始她回答問題時我都用心的關注她，鼓勵她，她有什麼學習生活上的心事會來找我溝通，在後來的每次單元測試卷那密密麻麻的文字中我同樣感受到了她的努力。賞識就是一股強大的推動力，而這股推動力的發生，是因為你簡單的幾個字，幾句話，或許是你的一個動作，一個表情，就改變了許多事，也許你自己都不知道。是的，每個小孩的潛能都是無法估量的，只要我們給予他們更多的贊賞，他們的潛能就可以更好的被激發出來。
所以我喜歡在學生的作業評語中畫上一張笑臉，有時會寫上「加油」！我覺得這樣的評語能鼓勵學生。這正如影片結尾傑利所說的「在每個小孩裡面，都有一個好孩子和壞孩子，只要喚醒他們的好孩子，他們就會把最好的拿出來，有句話說得好：資源放錯地方就是垃圾，而垃圾放對地方就是資源。」
事實上需要鼓勵的又何止是孩子，每個人都追求別人對自己的尊重，希望得到別人的肯定、贊揚和欣賞。在孩子們的筆記本里曾經寫著的一句話「我喜歡政治，因為您而喜歡」，何嘗不是對我的一種真誠贊賞，07（2）班的一個叫趙小康（化名）的智力相對較弱的男生的一個祝福電話（我當時很好奇他怎麼會有我的號碼，他一句不經意的話傳遞著他的一份用心「老師我是以前悄悄在門衛室記下來的」）這些何嘗不是一直鼓勵著我工作兩年多以來的每個日夜。
心理學家為威廉傑姆斯曾說過這么一句話：人性最深層的需要就是渴望別人的贊賞。原來眾里尋他千網路，驀然回首尋尋覓覓的那把走進孩子內心世界的鑰匙一直都在那就是——賞識之匙。

《小孩不笨》這部電影的名字聽著就激起了我強烈的好奇心。剛剛接觸這部電影時，我就想著：這肯定是講述一個孩子上學的經歷。正想著發生了什麼事，電影就慢慢拉開了帷幕。
我看著這部既帶有搞笑部分，有懷有感人部分的電影，有時兩眼放光，忍不住捧腹大笑；有時兩眼撲閃撲閃的，有幾顆晶瑩的東西在眼眶裡直打轉。其中有一個鏡頭我至今都難以忘懷：因為父母太嚴厲，動不動就對兒子大喊大叫，而且不關心兒子的成長，所以兒子就整天與混混搭在一起，學會了抽煙、喝酒、偷東西……但做父母的竟然什麼都不知道。從而兒子慢慢地發展到了下手搶東西！他不管男女老少，都搶！一次，搶東西後，兒子知道錯了，便回去歸還。但周圍的人看不下去了，立刻報了警。兒子的父母趕了過來，本想打他，但警察正踏著步子朝這邊走來。父親為了能讓兒子安全回家，給兒子一個悔過的機會，他一把搶過金項鏈，求受害人謊稱是父親所為。受害人不肯，說是要給孩子一點兒教訓。父親見狀，緊緊握住受害人的手，當著眾人的面「撲通」一聲跪了下來。這時，
那個屢教不改的兒子早已淚流滿面，嘴裡只喊著一個字：「爸，爸！……」哎，真是可憐天下父母心哪！其實，你的父母越打你，越罵你，就說明他們心裡越有你。我記得有句老話：「打是親，罵是愛。」要是哪天父母對你不聞也不問，那麼說明他們心裡再也沒有你這個孩子。總有一天，你會比被父母打罵更痛苦、更難受、更想發泄！所以，如果你的父母很愛你，就一定要感謝他們給你帶來的溫暖、給你的幫助！同時，我從「父親下跪」的情景看出，父母真的很愛很愛你。每次打罵完你，可能都會自己默默地傷心一次。因為打在你身，罵在你身，而都痛在父母心！因此，我們要更珍惜這段父母情，常常說一句「我愛你們，親愛的爸爸媽媽！」這可能會使他們十分欣慰，讓他們去發現我們自己的閃光點，讓他們感受到我們的存在，從而更加的愛護我們、關懷我們！同時，我又想起了一個小故事：孩子的腳扭傷了，父親只是冷淡地問了一句：「你怎麼樣了？」然後就很絕情地說：「沒事的話，自己站起來走！快！」孩子既驚訝又滿懷傷心地望著父親遠去。正當絕望時，父親在拐角處卻突然回過頭來善意地看了孩子一眼……看來，父母對我們的嚴厲、絕情都只是表面現象，讓我們擁有一雙善於發現的眼睛懷著一顆感恩的心，去體味父母內在的真正的良苦用心！

電影的英文名叫IronWill，直接翻譯成中文就是鋼鐵般的意志，其實看過之後才知道這還是英雄的主人公在公眾心目中的名字，到電影的最後IronWill成為了一個符號，一個象徵美國精神的符號，象徵夢想和信念的符號。Will只是一個18歲的少年，但是他卻以頑強的意志征服了所有人，包括我們這些電影觀眾。

Simba, the prince of the animals' kingdom, the future king of its domain, could have been very happy and contented if the plot of murder against his father had not took place.
But life was not always satisfactory. Unexpected tragedy happened one day. Simba's uncle, a mean lion that had been coveting the throne for quite long, carried out an evil plan and managed to trap Simba and his father in front of galloping buffaloes.
To save his dear son, the old lion king sacrificed his own life. And Simba, with his uncle taking his father's place, had no other choice but to flee. On his aimless road, he met o new friends, a weasel and a boar. They were hearty and optimistic pairs.
The friendship beeen Simba and the other o brought him great courage. He was no longer alone and dejected. He was no more a shabby fugitive, but rather a growing price trained by the Nature to retake the throne e him.
Through unswerving efforts of himself and generous help from his friends, Simba finally defeated his uncle and became the lawful king of the animals. The exclamation of HURRAH resounded in the sky, celebrating the fearless new king.
